The password will be the same as that you entered when you signed up unless you changed this against the phone number you are logging in with. You need to use a phone or extension 'login' number (e.g. Do NOT use your account number or email address to login. Enter your phone number and password once the application starts up. When you first start the application you will be asked to Sign in.You will see another warning confirming if you want to open the application.You should now see a warning saying "SecureVOIP" was blocked from use because it is from an unidentified developer.Then enter your user name and password to 'unlock' your preferences.Next, in the General tab click on the padlock icon in the bottom left corner of the window.Next, click on the Security & Privacy icon.Go to the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen and then click on 'System Preferences'.Your Mac will likely prevent the App from being installed due to Security settings.Drag the Secure VOIP icon onto the Applications icon to install the App.Open the Installer and you will see a license agreement screen.Download Secure VOIP for Mac by clicking on this link.We have not checked all versions of Mac OS so please let us know if the Application will not run on your computer for some reason. If you are running a recent version of Mac OS such as Catalina then you should be good to go, otherwise if you are running an older version of Mac OS you may run into some compatibility issues and you may need to upgrade your Mac OS version. All you need to do is enter your number and password. Our softphone family is free to use and have been pre-configured with all the pieces needed to start making calls.
